I'm Bea, and I run this blog. It's a personal blog, but pretty much Harry Potter/Glee/Starkid-centric.
I went to Hong Kong for a week last May. Not my first time but it feels like it every time. We had already checked in for our flight the night before so we were only required to be at the airport an hour before the flight but we were still 3 hours early. Talk about excited.
Luckily, we had the privilege of staying in the Miascor lounge thanks to our Citi cards. Yay for free food, drinks, wifi, and very comfortable seats. We’ve traveled abroad before, not that many times but for the first time, I didn’t mind being mega early for our flight.
The view from the lounge wasn’t that unique. It was probably the same view from everywhere else in varying angles.

We went to our gate and saw how cramped the people were in waiting area. To quote Raj from The Big Bang Theory, it was “hot loud and there are so many people.”
I didn’t take photos on the plane as I had to use all my strength and will power to keep myself from puking. Motion sickness sucks. I was so glad Hong Kong is only 2 hours away, and (according to my friend) the 777 plane is nice.
I absolutely love Hong Kong International Airport. I love how HKIA is like a gigantic mall, rather than an airport. I only got to photograph the outside though.
After getting our luggage, we took the S56 home. Well, at least home for a week. Our place was directly across Citygate Outlets and Food Republic. What a treat!
